We liked the room service breakfast and also the communal breakfast where the variety of food was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Great bed.

The staff!!! Super accommodating and friendly staff. They asked me which language I wanted to speak and I told them French. They talked the rest of the time in French. The room is tastefully and traditionally furnished, there is a lovely small sitting area in the reception, and the staff will go out of their way to help you.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were greeted warmly at the front desk and offered a map with recommendations of popular landmarks to visit around the city. The property is tucked away on a quaint pedestrian street in a very central part of the city. Everything that we wanted to see and do was within walking distance: shopping, cafés, tram, supermarkets, cathedrals, etc. The staff cleaned our room so well - they organized my items neatly and conveniently in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Bordeaux!

When we checked in we were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite for our six night stay. All of the staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly . Adaptors were given when we realised that we had forgotten ours . All questions and queries were dealt with immediately. The beds were very comfortable and the location is excellent. There was also a good choice for breakfast. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of Bordeaux.

The location is superb. It‘s located right in the city center next to the shopping street but on a calm and quiet side. The lady that checked us in is very friendly and informative. She gave us tips where to eat and shop and recommended places to visit.

The location is 100% one of the best in Bordeaux. The room is very good and super clean, the bathroom is really nice, the toilel is good but needs better ventilation. Overall, stay is really good but not the best I have in Bordeaux. It is highly recommended if you are a solo traveller, but lacking a little bit of space for two people.

Great location Could not have had better Close to trams and walking distance to many attractions. Room very quiet and clean comfortable Entire hotel very nicely appointed Breakfast good value I do not usually do breakfast at the hotel but it was convenient and nice selection Housekeeping staff pleasant and always helpful as were the staff serving breakfast

Lovely room with balcony. However, it was a family room shared with a neighbour, adjoining doors, mutual hallway and exit. This meant noise as the family next door came home late. It is super important always to inform the guest when giving adjoining rooms or rooms with connecting doors. The guest should be able to choose. Apart from that, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast.

The staff and the location are exemplary.They encouraged me to use local transport and even purchased the tickets for me. They did everything but walk me to the tram itself. In addition, they were very patient with my French, allowing me time to get out my sentences before smiling and gently correcting me. They never dismissed my attempts and for that I am grateful.
